Academy Partner Program Terms
Please review these program terms before registering as a Veltrix Academy Partner.
1. Welcome
The Veltrix Academy Partner Program allows registered partners to promote Veltrix Academy courses using their personal Academy Partner Code.
2. Becoming an Academy Partner
Anyone may register to become an Academy Partner. Every partner receives a unique Academy Partner Code. The Partner Code must not be shared in misleading, dishonest, or fraudulent ways.
3. Learner Discount
Learners who use your Academy Partner Code receive 10% off an eligible course when the code is valid and active.
4. Partner Commission
Partners receive 20% commission on eligible successful paid course purchases. Commission is calculated from the amount actually paid after any learner discount.
5. Commission Holding Period
Every successful purchase enters Pending status for 30 days. This holding period allows Veltrix Academy to review refunds, payment disputes, and payment reversals before approving commission.
6. Monthly Payments
Approved commissions are processed during the monthly Veltrix Academy payout cycle. Veltrix Academy will process approved commissions manually using the payout information supplied by the partner.
7. Refunds and Disputes
If a learner requests a refund or the payment becomes disputed before commission is paid, the commission may become Disputed or Reversed. If a dispute is resolved successfully in favour of Veltrix Academy, the commission may become eligible again.
8. Partner Responsibilities
Partners agree to provide accurate information, not impersonate Veltrix Academy employees, not mislead learners, not create fake purchases, not use fraudulent referral methods, not purchase courses through their own Partner Code, and not manipulate commissions.
9. Suspension
Veltrix Academy may suspend Partner Codes involved in fraud, abuse, or misleading promotion. Historical records remain preserved.
10. Payout Information
Partners are responsible for maintaining accurate payout information. Incorrect information may delay payment.
11. Taxes
Partners are responsible for their own tax obligations according to the laws of their country.
12. Changes
Veltrix Academy may update these Partner Terms & Conditions. The latest published version replaces previous versions.
